Hire-A-Lite Uk Ltd are looking for a hardworking, ambitious and committed individual to take on the role of Planner. The successful candidate will look to take on the role and develop the role with other areas of our business, as our capabilities and reputation expand within the communications and utilities industries.
The job role involves working as part of our Planning Dept which manages the TM requirements for Telecoms and Utility services throughout the UK. Whilst being part of the planning department the candidate will be responsible for managing their own work stack and will ultimately be responsible, along with their line manager, for ensuring their own targets are met.
This is an opportunity to develop and grow professionally and personally within a market leading company. Advice and Training will be provided both formally by our in house training team and informally by our other experienced Planners to ensure that you are given the tools to succeed.
The role of Planner includes but will not be limited to:
Confirmation and Sanitisation of Works Instruction from the client.
Job Reviews and confirmation of client requirements to ensure delivery.
Identifying and Implementation of Traffic Management requirements.
Obtaining Permission to work from local authorities and councils.
Works Program Management including building timeline for works.
Assisting and Liaising with other departments within Hire-a-Lite to ensure satisfactory delivery for our clients.
Admin associated with the role.
Higher Education / Graduates will be considered for this role all though this is not essential.
Traffic Management and Utility Services experience is not necessary.
Monday â€“ Friday 07:30am â€“ 17:30pm
